Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)

We are currently hiring experienced professionals to provide exceptional nursing care in a supportive and collaborative setting in Bridgeport, WV.
Position Details:
- Job Title: RN LTC
- Location: Bridgeport, West Virginia
- Duration: 4 weeks
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a 36/48 rotation basis, every Friday, Saturday & Sunday are required.
- Hours Per Shift: 12 hours
- Weekly Housing Stipend: $770
- ME&I Weekly: $476
- Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of long-term care (LTC) experience
- Employment Type: Local or travel options available
- Start Date: May 11, 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately in accordance with facility protocols
- Monitor residents' health status, promptly reporting any changes
- Document care activities thoroughly and accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of West Virginia
- At least 1 year of recent LTC experience
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a rotating schedule, and every Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Certifications in CPR and First Aid are preferred
- Familiarity with EOW scheduling and care procedures is a plus
