Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)

Position Details:

  • Job Title: RN LTC
  • Location: Bridgeport, West Virginia
  • Duration: 4 weeks
  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a 36/48 rotation basis, every Friday, Saturday & Sunday are required.
  • Hours Per Shift: 12 hours
  • Weekly Housing Stipend: $770
  • ME&I Weekly: $476
  • Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
  • Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of long-term care (LTC) experience
  • Employment Type: Local or travel options available
  • Start Date: May 11, 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately in accordance with facility protocols
  • Monitor residents' health status, promptly reporting any changes
  • Document care activities thoroughly and accurately
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license in the state of West Virginia
  • At least 1 year of recent LTC experience
  • Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a rotating schedule, and every Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Certifications in CPR and First Aid are preferred
  • Familiarity with EOW scheduling and care procedures is a plus
