Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting (LTC/SNF)
  • Support and maintain quality patient outcomes during the 7A–2P shift
  • Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient condition per facility protocols and role requirements
  • Coordinate with the healthcare team to support resident care plans and daily workflows
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication across shifts

Qualifications

  • Current RN licensure
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Experience providing direct patient care in a SNF setting (per role requirements)
  • Ability to work 7A–2P schedule and cover 40 hours/week (guarantee)
  • Comfortable working within standard SNF workflows and expectations
