What You'll Do: As an RN in our LTC setting, you'll be at the forefront of providing compassionate and patient-centered nursing care. Your expertise will ensure residents receive the highest standard of services, fostering a safe, supportive, and healing environment.
Required Skills:
- Valid Wisconsin RN license
- Proven experience in long-term care or geriatrics
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Nursing diploma or higher from an accredited program
- Prior LTC or senior care experience preferred but not mandatory
Other Requirements:
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Ability to work the scheduled days and hours in Plymouth, WI
