Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Strong clinical skills in long-term care settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate approach to resident care
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or LTC facility
- Bilingual abilities a plus but not mandatory
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Valid RN license with at least 1-2 years of LTC or related healthcare experience
- Prior experience working with senior populations preferred
Other Requirements:
- Must hold current CPR certification
- Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
- No travel required, based in Plymouth, WI setting
