We’re seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care in a long-term care setting. Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Certifications such as CPR and AED
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, ideally in LTC or geriatric care
Other Requirements:
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Ability to work evenings and adapt to a flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation to Plymouth, WI
