As a Registered Nurse in our Long-Term Care/Senior Living facility, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. Our LTC/SNF provides a supportive and compassionate environment where seniors can thrive, and we're looking for a dedicated and passionate RN to join our team.
Required Skills:
- Current RN licensure in the state of South Dakota
- 1+ year of experience in LTC/SNF or related field
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with gerontological nursing principles
- Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing
- BLS certification
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- 2+ years of experience in LTC/SNF or related field
Other Requirements:
- Travel requirements: up to 13 weeks, with varying shifts (3x12's nights)
- Local pay rate: $34/hour, with opportunities for overtime
- Travel pay rates: $23/hour, $40/hour, and $1200/week
