- Orientation: Provided at the start of the assignment to familiarize you with hospital protocols, patient care standards, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and monitor mental health status
- Administer medications and document care accurately
- Provide crisis intervention and support patient safety
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain detailed, compliant documentation

What We’re Looking For:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent experience in psychiatric or mental health care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and professionalism for evening shift work
- Basic knowledge of vital signs, medication administration, and crisis de-escalation
- Previous travel nursing experience and crisis intervention skills are a plus!
