Required Skills:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evening shifts effectively, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism
- Basic knowledge of vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and crisis intervention
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Experience collaborating within interdisciplinary teams
- Crisis de-escalation skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Nursing degree from an accredited program
- Prior experience in psychiatric or mental health settings, especially within hospital or inpatient environments
Other Requirements:
- Must hold an active RN license in the relevant state
- Willingness to participate in a comprehensive two-week orientation
