Join a leading healthcare provider as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Long Term Care (LTC/SNF) in Bemidji, MN. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your skills and dedication can truly make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to a general Long Term Care population, including some short-term care patients.
- Manage patient care with a focus on safety, comfort, and dignity.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Utilize the Matrix EMR system for documentation and patient management.
Schedule: This position requires evening shifts, specifically two shifts from 3pm - 11:30pm and two shifts from 7pm - 7:30am, with every other weekend and holiday included. The role consists of 12-hour shifts.
Facility Details: The facility has 78 beds with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:20 for day/evening shifts and 1:40 for night shifts. Location-specific orientation will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared for your role.
Additional Notes:
- No charge differential at the facility.
- No on-call or call-back duties available or billable.
- Backouts and quits with less than 14 days' notice incur a $500 fee.
