Join Our Team as an RN in Skilled Nursing Facility – 12-Hour Night Shift! Required Skills:
- Valid RN license and current state certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Compassionate patient care and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Bilingual abilities or additional language proficiency
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience working in skilled nursing or similar long-term care settings
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work every other weekend and holiday
- Ability to work 6P-6:30A shifts
- Must meet all facility-specific health and certification requirements
