We are seeking compassionate and skilled RNs to join our team for evening shifts, providing exceptional care to our residents in a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise while working in a vibrant community setting.
Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in Iowa (or applicable state)
- Proven experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work efficiently and compassionately during evening hours
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
- Bilingual abilities a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Registered Nurse with an active license
- Prior experience in a SNF or rehabilitation center preferred but not required
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work the 2pm to 10pm shift
- Flexibility to start immediately and commit to a 13-week contract
- Strong professionalism and a caring attitude towards residents
