Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)/Long-Term Care (LTC)!

In this vital role, you will provide top-quality care to our residents, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being in a supportive environment. Enjoy a consistent schedule with 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends off—perfect for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of LTC/SNF protocols and regulations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
- Certification in CPR/BLS
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN preferred)
- Previous experience in SNF or LTC environments is highly valued
- At least 1-2 years of nursing experience in a similar setting
Other Requirements:
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Must comply with all state and federal healthcare regulations
- Ability to adapt to varying needs of residents and team members
