Exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art environment providing specialized patient care to adult inpatients and outpatients undergoing interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies, embolizations, ablations, angiography, drain placements, and other image-guided procedures. This role includes preparing patients, intra-procedure monitoring, and post-procedure recovery including PACU and extended stay 23-hour. Interventional Radiology is an essential part of the critical embolization response team for trauma patients. This role requires critical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The IR RN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Must Have:

  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • Telemetry Experience
  • 1 year of recent IR experience
  • NYS RN License

Additionally, the IR RN will be required to wear hospital-issued and laundered scrub pants and tops, along with other infection prevention measures when needed in procedural areas.
