Join a leading healthcare facility as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Med Surg unit in Littleton, NH. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a 27-bed medical surgical unit within a critical access hospital. You will be part of a dedicated team providing care for a diverse patient population, including psych holds, end-of-life care, post-operative patients, and physical rehabilitation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions.
- Managing a patient-to-nurse ratio of 6:1.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Documenting patient care accurately and timely.
This position requires adherence to specific guidelines, including:
- No concurrent travel assignments or permanent placements.
- Requests for time off must be noted and verified at the time of upload; no more than 3 days of RTO will be accepted.
- Travelers are required to work during specified holiday periods.
- Local candidates (residing within 50 miles of the facility) will not be considered for this need.
Dress code: Personal scrubs of any color. Non-billable orientation is 8 hours. Multipliers apply at 1.25%.
