Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Stepdown unit in Petoskey, MI! This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). As an RN, you will utilize your clinical judgment skills to diagnose and treat patient responses to actual or potential health conditions.
The Stepdown unit is a critical component of our healthcare team, caring for patients who require close monitoring and specialized care. You will be part of a dedicated group of professionals who are committed to delivering optimal outcomes and exceptional patient care.
It is important to note that the facility has implemented a strict attendance policy to ensure the highest level of care for patients. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift three times will be terminated effective immediately. Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor.
