Pay & Contract Details
- Weekly Gross: $2,401 (taxable + non-taxable)
- Base Pay: $21/hr
- Overtime: $50/hr
- Stipends: $1,561/week (meals & housing)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Shifts: 1st / 2nd / 3rd available | 12-hour rotations
- Contract Length: 2 weeks | Option to extend or convert to perm
- Orientation: 4 weeks – fully paid and hands-on
- Pay Schedule: Weekly, on-time pay deposited directly
What You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities & Duties)
- Assess each patient’s mental and physical status; develop, update, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Maintain a therapeutic, safe environment in accordance with facility standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered; document responses, side effects, and changes in status promptly.
- Participate in Treatment Team meetings and coordinate care with psychiatrists and social workers.
- Complete all charting accurately and timely per facility and state standards.
- Supervise meals and group sessions as opportunities for interaction and observation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Active Florida RN License (unrestricted).
- Minimum 1 year of recent Assisted Living RN experience.
- BLS Certification (AHA preferred).
- Strong assessment, documentation, and crisis-intervention skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
