Join our team as a Travel Pharmacist in Lake City, FL, where you will be an integral part of delivering quality healthcare. This contract position requires an active Florida license and offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
As a Travel Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for patients.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Providing medication counseling and education to patients and staff.
- Monitoring patient outcomes and adjusting medications as necessary.
This position is a 7-on-7-off schedule, working from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, totaling 12 hours per shift. The role is set for a duration of 13 weeks, providing an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a supportive environment.
