Assignment Details:

  • Unit: NICU
  • Assignment Length: 13 weeks
  • Number of Beds: 21 flex to 37
  • Staffing: 60 staff members, including 1 charge nurse and 10 nurses on both day and night shifts
  • Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3
  • EMR: Meditech and CPN

Requirements:

  • Must Have:
    • NRP certification
    • California RN License
    • Minimum of 3 years Level III NICU experience
  • Preferred:
    • Delivery experience
    • Ability to float to Postpartum

Typical Procedures Performed:

  • Line placement
  • Intubations
