Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the CCU/ICU setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Requirements:
- 2 years of current CCU/ICU experience.
- Strong LTAC skills, including tracheostomies, ventilators, and IV drips.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Active MO/Compact nursing license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with patient ratios of 1:5-6.
