Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry (Tele) in Fort Wayne, IN. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while providing essential care to patients. Position Details:
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Call Requirements: None
- Floating Required: Yes
- Block Scheduling: Yes, an option
- Patient Ratio: 1:6
- Number of Beds in Unit: 25 beds with a 12-bed overflow unit
Requirements:
- Current RN IN Licensure
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- Required skills: Able to start IVs, place NG tubes, insert Foley catheters, care for continuous bladder irrigation patients
- Experience with EMR: Cerner
Additional Information:
- RTO Blackout Dates: Nov. 21st - Nov. 29th, 2026 & Dec. 20th - Jan. 3rd, 2027
- MAX RTO: 1 week, with the option to add a week at the end of the contract
- Travelers must be greater than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
- Travelers submitted must attach required license and certifications or will be rejected
- Must include driver's license/permanent home address on the submission - address must match ID
