- Contract Length: 8 weeks
- Guarantee Hours: 40 hours per week
- Pay: $12.00/hour
- Weekly Housing Stipend: $500
- Shifts: 9PM-5:30AM, 1PM-9:30PM
- Setting: Long Term Care
- Experience Required: 1 year of LTC experience
- Employment Type: Local and travel opportunities available
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, and mobility
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment
- Assist with basic patient hygiene and safety protocols
- Follow care plans accurately and document care provided
- Foster positive communication with residents, families, and healthcare team
Qualifications:
- Valid CNA license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 1 year of LTC experience
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist residents for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of patient safety and hygiene
Preferred Skills:
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
