Required Skills:
- Valid CNA license in Wisconsin
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong patient care skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- CPR certification
- Experience with elderly or chronic care populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior CNA experience in LTC environment preferred
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work in Plymouth, WI setting
- Must be certified and in good standing with Wisconsin state regulations
