Key Responsibilities:
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Current RRT certification.
- ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
- Experience in adult respiratory care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in ICU, NICU, or PICU settings.
- Familiarity with ventilator management and oxygen therapy.
Unit Information:
- No call requirements.
- General information about the unit includes various types of equipment and EMR systems.
- Dress code: Olive green tops and black bottoms.
