About this Position
Position/Specialty: CT Scan Tech
Daily Caseload per tech: Varies per shift & location. Shift: Will work 3x12hr Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7P-730A at Main, holiday rotation. Is on-call REQ? No Call. Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? Yes. Floating Req to Sister Facilities: Yes. Travelers are required to attend all mandatory staff meetings.
Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 1 year experience preferable/6 months level 1 trauma required. First-timers accepted: Yes, if they have previous experience.
Cert/Lic REQ: Requirements: BLS, ARRT RT (R) (CT) and SCRQSA (R) (CT). Experience REQ: Siemens experience and Level 1 Trauma experience. Radiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; the facility does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers.
Misc. Radius rule: Yes, 60 miles. Are locals accepted? Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate. Pending State License accepted: No, must have in hand at time of start.
RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on manager/unit needs.
Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

Type of Facility: Teaching Hospital. Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma: Magnet, Teaching and Level 1 Trauma. Total Staffed Beds: 865. Scrub Color: Teal Top and Black Bottom. Charting: Epic. Parking Cost: Nights and weekends cost only. One-time payment of $20 for a parking pass.
