About this Position
Position/Specialty: CT Scan Tech
Daily Caseload per tech: Varies per shift & location
Shift: Will work 3x12hr Saturday, Sunday, Monday 7A-7:30P at the facility, holiday rotation. On-call requirement: NO.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes. Floating required to Sister Facilities: Yes. Travelers are required to attend all mandatory staff meetings.
Required/Preferred Years of experience: 1 year experience preferable/6 months Level 1 trauma required. First-timers accepted: Yes, if they have previous experience.
Cert/Lic Requirements: BLS, ARRT RT (R) (CT), and SCRQSA (R) (CT). Experience required: Siemens experience and Level 1 Trauma experience.
Radiation Badge Requirement: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; the facility does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers.
Miscellaneous: Radius rule: Yes, 60 miles. Are locals accepted? Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate. Pending State License accepted: No, must have in hand at time of start.
RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on manager/unit needs.
Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
