We are seeking a skilled CT Tech to join our team in Hilo, HI, for a 13-week contract assignment. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional looking to make a difference in patient care within a healthcare setting. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a crucial role in performing CT scans and supporting the diagnostic process.

Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of the offer. Candidates must have a Hawaii License by the start of the assignment. Please note that no RTO will be granted in the first 13 weeks of the contract. Proof of flu vaccination or a facility-approved application for a medical or religious exception will be required prior to the contract start date. The flu vaccination can be administered during the employee health clearance appointment.

Licensure: A current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer.

Certification: A current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography, and a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Shifts: Shifts may vary by need. No call required.

General Requirements: A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in an acute hospital setting. Candidates must be able to scan per radiologist protocols, perform at minimum routine CT scans, and function independently without supervision. Experience with Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation is preferred. Additional experience with venipuncture, performing MIP, MPR, and 3D imaging, as well as procedures like biopsies or drainages, vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke is a plus.
