Join our Critical Care Float Pool for Night shifts with flexibility to meet unit needs as they arise. Nurses will float to a variety of ICUs based on staffing and patient acuity, including:

  • Neuro ICU
  • Surgical ICUs
  • Medical ICUs (MICU x2)
  • Cardiology/Diagnostics
  • CVICU
  • SICU / MICU / NCCU

Float Policy: Nurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
  • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS - Required
  • Proficiency with EPIC - Required
  • Must have:
    • IV Start
    • Telemetry
    • Ventilator management experience

Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred.

Parking Options:

  • WMC Monthly Permit: $224.80/month or $748.58 per 100 days. Includes guaranteed 24/7 parking in the Wexner Medical Center Garage.
  • WB Annual Permit: $196.20/year, paid upfront. Includes 24/7 West Campus surface parking and shuttle service.
  • CXS Annual Permit: $393.96/year, paid upfront. Includes 24/7 Buckeye CX and West Campus surface parking.

Garage access is available on weekends and holidays. Purchase permits at osu.campusparc.com. Refunds: Annual permits may qualify for a prorated refund for unused future months. Current and prior months are not refundable. To request a refund, complete the CampusParc Return Request Form or visit a CampusParc Customer Care Center. Refund checks typically take 3-5 weeks. Cancel by 6:30 p.m. on the last business day of the month to avoid the next month's charge.
