Join a leading acute-care hospital in York, NE, as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Long Term Care (LTC/SNF). This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work night shifts starting at 10 PM, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork among staff members.
As an LPN, you will float as needed to all applicable units and may take on charge roles. A House Supervisor will be present on each shift, ensuring support and guidance. The facility is welcoming to travelers, considering them part of the staff, and fosters a collaborative environment where all team members work cohesively.
Expectations include working every other weekend and holiday, with a 60-mile radius rule in effect. The facility promotes a positive work culture with HR team rounds every Wednesday, ice cream socials on Fridays, and an onsite beauty salon for residents. The ideal traveler is one who collaborates well with others and is willing to pitch in as needed.
Orientation is held weekly, and IVS will review with manager approval for final offers. Please note that there is no option for 16-hour shifts, and the EMR system used is Point Care Click.
