Join a leading healthcare facility in York, NE, as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in Long Term Care (LTC/SNF). We are seeking dedicated professionals for the evening shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM. In this role, candidates will float as needed to all applicable units and may include charge responsibilities. A House Supervisor will be present on each shift to support staff.
This facility is welcoming to travelers, considering them part of the staff. All team members are expected to collaborate and work cohesively. The HR team conducts rounds every Wednesday, and the facility hosts ice cream socials on Fridays, creating a friendly and engaging environment. Residents also have access to a beauty salon onsite.
Our tenured staff, including leadership, fosters a supportive atmosphere. The best-fit traveler is one who collaborates with other staff members and is willing to pitch in as needed. Block booking options may be considered, but there is no option for 16-hour shifts. The facility utilizes Point Care Click for EMR. Orientation is available every week, and IVS will review with manager approval for the final offer.
