- Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long Term Care (LTC)

Your schedule will be as follows:
- Week 1: Sunday- 6a-10p, Monday- 6a-2p, Tuesday-Off, Wednesday-Off, Thursday- Off, Friday-6a-2p, Saturday-Off
- Week 2: Sunday- Off, Monday-6a-2p, Tuesday- Off, Wednesday- Off, Thursday- Off, Friday-6a-2p, Saturday-6a-10p
- Week 3: Sunday- 6a-10p, Monday- 6a-2p, Tuesday- Off, Wednesday- Off, Thursday- Off, Friday-6a-2p, Saturday-Off
- Week 4: Sunday- Off, Monday-6a-2p, Tuesday- Off, Wednesday- Off, Thursday- Off, Friday-6a-2p, Saturday-6a-10p
