Join Our Long Term Care Team as an LPN!
We’re looking for a dedicated LPN to provide outstanding care in a long-term care facility. This is a great opportunity for local candidates or travel nurses interested in a short-term assignment.
Position Details
- Location: Bridgeport, WV 26330
- Schedule: Day shift with weekend rotations
- Duration: 4 weeks starting April 20, 2026
- Hours per Week: Guaranteed 36/48 Hr Rotation
- Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
- Weekly Housing Stipend: $650 to help with accommodation costs and $400 ME&I.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care following established protocols
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
- Assist with medication administration and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in the facility
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an LPN required
- Ability to work day shifts with weekend rotations
- Valid LPN license in the state of West Virginia
- No prior experience working with CommuniCare required
- Local candidates or traveling nurses are welcome to apply
