As an LPN in this role, you'll support inmates' health and well-being while ensuring adherence to safety and clinical protocols. - Guarantee Hours: 40 hours/week
- Location: Somerset, PA
Required Skills:
- Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
- Experience working in correctional or behavioral health settings preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing shift schedules and responsibilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in psychiatric or mental health care
- Flexibility to cover multiple shift types and locations within the facility
- Knowledge of Medicaid and insurance procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Licensed Practical Nurse certification
- Prior correctional or behavioral health nursing experience
Other Requirements:
- Must have current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to pass criminal background check and health screenings
- Local candidates preferred due to travel requirements
