Required Skills:
- Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
- Strong clinical skills with experience in long-term care or similar settings
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in a veterans' or long-term care facility
- Basic wound care or geriatric nursing experience
- Knowledge of documentation and compliance standards
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Licensed Practical Nurse certification from an accredited program
- At least 1-2 years of experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work 8-hour evening shifts
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week assignment
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Background check and drug screening as required by state law
- Flexibility to commit to a 13-week shift schedule during evenings
