Overview

As an LPN in Behavioral Health within a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting in Spring City, PA, you’ll provide essential nursing support for patients as part of a multidisciplinary care team. This role offers a consistent 5x8 schedule (7:00AM–3:30PM) and the opportunity to deliver dependable, patient-focused care in a stable LTC environment.

Job Details

  • Location: Spring City, PA
  • Start Date: 06/29 (or every other week)
  • Schedule: 5x8 | 7:00AM–3:30PM (1st shift)
  • Weekly Pay: $1,600 Weekly Gross
  • Pay Rate: $15/hr
  • OT Rate: $40/hr OT
  • Weekly Stipend: $1,000
  • Local Rate (if applicable): $34/hr | $51/hr OT
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40
  • Overtime (OT): Available (OT rate listed)

Required Skills

  • Current LPN licensure
  • Ability to provide patient care in an LTC (Long-Term Care) setting
  • Experience supporting patients within a behavioral health/psych focus
  • Strong work attendance and reliability to maintain 40 guaranteed hours

Nice to Have Skills

  • Prior experience in Long-Term Care (LTC)
  • Prior psych/behavioral health experience in a clinical setting

Preferred Education and Experience

  • LPN level education/licensure (required, based on role type)
