LPN, LTC/SNF – Travel Position in Kane, PA
Overview:

Contract Length: 6 weeks
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Weekly Pay Range: $1,310 – $1,456 gross
Housing Stipend: $702.94 per week
Guarantee Hours: 34.5 hours/week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to LTC/SNF residents in compliance with state and facility regulations
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Monitor residents' health status and document changes
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for residents and staff
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel and adapt to various healthcare settings
