Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to LTC/SNF residents in compliance with state and facility regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
- Monitor residents' health status and document changes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans.
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to various healthcare settings.
