Join a leading acute-care hospital in Temple, TX, as a Per Diem LPN specializing in Rehabilitation. This state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment tailored to individual needs, focusing on recovery from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries.
As a Per Diem LPN, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the health, function, and quality of life of our patients through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility, a calm and engaging personality, and the ability to work effectively with adult and geriatric patients.
Position Information:
- Role: LPN/LVN
- Patient Ratios: 5 or 6:1 RN/LPN
- Equipment: PYXIS
- EHR: Wellsky
Required Certifications: LPN/LVN LICENSE, BLS
Experience: 1+ years (NO NEW GRAD)
Common Diagnoses: Stroke, HTN, Seizure, CHF, Diabetes, Spinal Cord Injury
First Day Instructions:
- Scrub Color: Navy
- Time to Report: 6:45 PM
- Who to Ask for Upon Arrival: Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager
- Parking: BACK and WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING
