A leading acute-care hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel RN specializing in Rehabilitation to join their team in Sacramento, CA. This position offers an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art, 52-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced a loss of function due to an injury or illness. The facility provides intensive, patient-focused, specialized rehabilitation services tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
As a Travel RN in Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in maximizing the health, function, and quality of life of patients through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. You will work with a diverse patient population, including those with spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, strokes, and other complex medical needs.
Position Information:
- Role: RN
- Specialty: Acute rehab
- Patient Ratios: 1:5
- Patient Population: Adults (18+), including spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, strokes, amputations, isolation patients, trachs, and wound care.
- Equipment: CERNER
Requirements:
- Required Certifications: BLS
- Years of Experience: 6 months in rehab or inpatient setting
- Scrub Color: Navy blue (not mandatory)
Additional Notes:
- Closed-toed shoes required
- Short nails - no acrylic
- Free parking available at the back of the facility (Do not park in UCD lot - costly)
