Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Rehabilitation RN in Sacramento, CA, where you will provide specialized care to patients recovering from various conditions. This state-of-the-art, 52-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced a loss of function due to an injury or illness. Our rehabilitation programs offer ongoing care tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
As a Rehabilitation RN, you will strive to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. Your role will involve working with a patient population that includes spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, strokes, and more, while maintaining a patient ratio of 1:5.
Position Information:
- Role: RN
- Specialty: Acute rehab
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: Every other
- Required Certifications: BLS
- Years of Experience: 6 months in rehab or inpatient setting
- Equipment: CERNER
- Patient Population: 18+, including spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, strokes, amputations, isolation patients, trachs, and wound care.
First Day Instructions:
- Scrub Color: Navy blue (not mandatory)
- Time to Report: 7:30 AM
