We are seeking a dedicated Mother/Baby Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position in Fort Worth, TX. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Circulate C-Sections and provide care in a 14-bed unit.
- Manage a patient ratio of 1:2, ensuring high-quality care for mothers and their newborns.
- Handle approximately 175 cases per month in a Level III Trauma center.
- Potential for floating to Mother/Baby or as a sitter task RN to any unit.
- Participate in voluntary on-call duties, as well as weekend and holiday rotations.
**Requirements:**
- Must be located at least 100 miles from the facility.
- Must have 2 years of current experience in a similar role.
- Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring.
- Skills in labor, antepartum recovery, and couplet care are essential.
