Join a leading acute-care hospital as an MRI Technologist in Olympia, WA. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, performing MRI procedures and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI procedures including setting up, scanning, and processing images.
- Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, patients, and their families.
- Administer contrast injections and perform quality control and reporting tasks.
- Maintain day-to-day schedules and assist radiologists as needed.
- Operate and maintain MR and auxiliary equipment.
Unit Information: The MRI department operates with a Toshiba Vantage Titan 1.5T magnet and has two technologists on duty at all times. We adhere to ACR imaging and safety guidelines, providing care for both inpatients and outpatients.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience required.
- First-timers accepted.
- Certifications required: BLS, ARRT (R), Washington License.
- Local travelers with permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for a travel contract.
- Pending licenses are not accepted.
- All RTO must be included in submittal.
- No call required.
