Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Epic charting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in Med Surg or Telemetry.
- Active BLS certification required.
- Pending licenses accepted, but must be active prior to the start date.
- Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs.
- Weekend shifts required every other weekend.
