Join our team as a Float Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at a leading acute-care hospital. This is a unique opportunity to work in a float pool setting, providing care across various units, including Telemetry and Non-Telemetry. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are ready to make a difference in patient care.
This assignment is for 8 weeks, with a night shift schedule of 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00). Candidates must be comfortable floating to different units as needed, with a patient ratio of 1:5.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 2+ years of directly related RN experience in areas of specialty
- California RN License
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience with Epic electronic health records
- MUST BE Covid Vaccinated
