Join our team as a PCU Registered Nurse in Greensboro, NC! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse to provide exceptional care in a leading healthcare facility. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a real difference in patients' lives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Step Down.
- Focus on cardiac patients, including those with Congestive Heart Failure, rule-out myocardial infarction, Acute Coronary Syndrome, and Arrhythmias.
- Address secondary respiratory issues such as COPD and pneumonia.
- Monitor patient diagnoses including Heart Failure, Respiratory Failure, NSTEMI, COPD, and Pneumonia.
- Float to other units as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required.
- ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
- Cardiac Tele experience is required.
- First-time travelers are welcome!
**Shift Details:**
- Day 3x12-Hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:30.
- Every other weekend and holidays as needed.
