Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Pediatric MICU Registered Nurse in Boston, MA. We are seeking dedicated professionals with a passion for pediatric care and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU).
  • Manage ventilator support, inotropic therapy, and central line maintenance.
  • Float to CICU, MSICU, and NICU as needed.
  • Work a night shift schedule of 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00).
  • Participate in weekend rotations, every other weekend or every third weekend with minimal requests for time off.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience required.
  • Certifications: BLS and PALS are required.
  • First-timers are accepted.
  • Local candidates are welcome; rate differential applies within 50 miles of the facility.
