Compensation: Hourly: $23. Weekly Pay - every Friday.
Job Requirements:
- Valid and current CNA Certification in the state you are applying to.
- 1-2 years CNA current/recent experience in a Skilled Nursing facility.
- Active Certifications - BLS or CPR.
- Must have a COVID-19 vaccination or exemption where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
- Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output.
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation support.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or mental condition to nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting.
- Support infection control and safety procedures.
- Assist with meal setup and hydration monitoring.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident environments.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate resident care.
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
- Assist with restorative and rehabilitation programs as directed.
- Follow care plans and facility policies/procedures.
- Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, and families.
- Ensure resident dignity, comfort, and privacy at all times.
