GLC Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN for PRN/Per Diem shifts at a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Mercer, PA.
Pay & Schedule:
- $40/HR
- Weekly pay – every Friday
- Flexible PRN shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document resident health and vital signs
- Provide wound care, catheter care, and other specialized treatments
- Support and supervise CNAs for quality resident care
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Ensure compliance with regulations and facility protocols
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
- 1–2 years recent experience in LTC
- BLS (AHA) required; ACLS preferred
- COVID-19 vaccination or exemption, if applicable
