Job Details:

  • Weekly Pay: $2,566 gross
  • Pay Range: $33/hr, with overtime available at $50/hr
  • Shifts: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, 5x8 schedule on evening shift
  • Contract Length: Starting 06/11, with potential for every other week schedules
  • OT: Yes
  • Locals Welcome

Required Skills:

  • Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
  • Strong knowledge of psychiatric conditions and treatment protocols
  • Excellent clinical assessment and intervention skills
  • Compassionate bedside manner with emotional resilience
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Previous experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN)
  • At least 1-2 years of psychiatric nursing experience

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work evenings from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
  • Must pass background checks and drug screening
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered mental health care in a hospital setting
