Join a leading healthcare provider as a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery (L&D) in St. Louis Park, MN. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while providing essential care to mothers and newborns. We are looking for skilled RNs who are passionate about maternal and infant health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit.
- Monitor and assess patients throughout the labor process.
- Administer medications and perform procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
License/Certification Requirements:
- Active MN RN license.
- BLS (AHA only).
- NRP certification.
- EFM certification (basic + intermediate, basic + advanced, or intermediate + advanced).
Additional Requirements:
- MUST be willing to float within the Labor & Delivery unit.
- Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
- No more than 7 days of requested time off (RTO).
