Join a leading healthcare provider as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department (ER) in St. Louis Park, MN. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice.
- Assess and triage patients based on their medical needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records.
- Participate in patient and family education regarding health management and disease prevention.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ER setting.
License/Certification Requirements:
- Active MN License.
- NIHSS, BLS (AHA only), ACLS (AHA only), PALS (AHA only) or ENPC, and TNCC certifications.
Additional Information:
- Floating Requirements: As needed with ER.
- Weekend Requirements: As needed.
- On-Call Requirements: None.
- Holiday Requirements: As needed.
- No more than 7 days of requested time off (RTO) will be accepted.
